1. How to order?

You can simply click the link named "ORDER HERE" located on your left-hand side to order the products. Once you click the "Submit" button, your order will send to our email, and will contact you within 24 hours after we receive your order.


2. When can I receive my order?

After receiving your payment, MarRain Fashion ships your ordered products on the second day. You are able to receive your order within 2 days after MarRain ships your ordered products.

3. Do I have to pay for the delivery charge?

No.

MarRain Fashion provides free shipping for all of our products. What you need to pay is only the amounts that are lacated below the images of the products. (There are different prices for Members & Non-members).


4. How to become a member and what are the benifits I can get?

5. How long I can receive my order if I make a pre-order?

You will receive your products within 3 to 4 weeks. That is the reason why you will pay a cheaper price on pre-order items.

8. Will I get refund if I return the damage product?

There is no refund for any of the returned goods, you can only exchange for same value products or top-up some money to exchage more expensive products.
