Return Policy

**MarRain offers 7-day return policy for quality problems. It is valid for 7 days from the fulfillment date.

**All our products have passed the quality test. They are carefully examined before shipment. If there is anything happened during the process of delivery, or if you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, we will be equally upset and eager to find out why. Do contact us and leave your contact number at marrain08@live.com and we can resolve the problem together.

**You have to return the product in it original condition with its original tag. Sorry but you may need to bear the shipment charge of returning it. We will exchange for a new product. Our 7-day return policy is based on mutual trust.

**No deception or misuse of the products please.

**No return for personal reasons ( Such as " I don't like the color", etc)
